Döhler started rolling out SAP S/4HANA in Brazil in 2021. Together with ortevo, the project was a complete success.

Project preparation

Together with the customer or its global SAP partner, we plan the project, create the project charter, define the project organization, and develop a communication plan.

Fit gap analysis

The ortevo team familiarizes itself with the customer's global template and the local requirements in each country. Deviations are recorded and confirmed by the steering committee.

Design

The ortevo team documents the target processes as a blueprint, taking into account the template and the local requirements. It accurately describes interfaces to other systems and solutions and releases them for development.

Realization

During the realization phase, ortevo configures the localization and tests it in the overall process. This is followed by integration tests, including interfaces and training. The go-live is also prepared.

User acceptance test training and go live

As soon as the user training and user acceptance test are completed, the cutover into the liveenvironment is executed. This is followed by the go-live and then handover to the support team.
