Our application process

How to join ortevo

Submitting your application (in English):

We check each application carefully, focusing on your qualifications and experience. Make sure your resumé highlights your successes and shows how your skills make you the ideal candidate for your desired position.

Initial screening:

If your application meets our requirements, a member of the HR team will contact you to arrange a first interview. During this, we will look more closely at your career path to date, assess your motivation for joining ortevo, and discuss your compatibility with our corporate culture.

Interview with the hiring manager:

Successful candidates will progress to the next stage – an interview with our hiring manager. This interview enables you to present your technical skills, discuss your relevant experience, and gain insights into the team dynamic and expectations.

Team­ interview:

Selected candidates will be invited to a team interview, so that they can interact with potential colleagues and dive deeper into their technical experience. This step enables us to assess your collaborative skills, your communication style, and your integration in our team environment.

Offer and onboarding:

Congratulations! Successful candidates will receive an offer. Once the ink of the signatures has dried, our onboarding process ensures a smooth transition, introducing you to our corporate culture and giving you the necessary resources to be successful in your role at ortevo.
